一例一休修法陷入僵局，民進黨立院黨團和行政院提出新版本，希望在今天闖關完成修法，但是朝野仍無共識。院會進入冗長的議程表決，民進黨的修法版本是否能夠排入今天處理議程，還充滿變數，而立法院外也聚集不少勞工團體抗議修法。

民進黨團提出特休假修法版，6個月以上、1年未滿者，特休假3日；10年以上者，每1年加給1日特休假，加到30日為止，但國民黨團認為假太少，還不如不刪7天假，並堅持週休2例；親民黨團也表示，拒砍7天假。
